Incorporated on the 14th of May 1998 as a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, D&A is operational at local and regional levels in the Building and Civil Engineering Sectors.
So far, D & A has been involved with projects such as:

Civil works

Industrial buildings
Asset valuation
Project value for all of the above to date ranges around US$ 400 M.
Some 2000 hotel rooms have either been refurbished or built anew to date.
200,000m2 of buildings (new and refurbished) have been developed.
Vincent d’Unienville, born in 1961, is the holder of a BSc in Quantity Surveying (University of Cape Town, 1985) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management (Dip Proj man - College of Estate Management, University of Reading, 2002).
He has worked for two important local firms of Contractors between 1986 and 1998 before going into consultancy where he has now been since.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and of the Association for Project Management (APM).
